In the last 45 years thousands of Vietnamese people visited Germany and experienced the German culture. They either went to schools and universities or worked in different areas to get a good education before they returned to their home country. These days, their wish of eating the delicious German food comes by because they remember their food experience from the past. Taking that in consideration, a new idea was born. In 1999, a few friends collected some ideas and the result was the production of the first "German sausage" made in Vietnam at the end of fall 2000. Starting of with the famous Brat's, today's variety of German sausage reaches 15 different products and there are still new products on their way.
